We want you to be happy with your order. Because most of our products are custom printed, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
30-Day Refund Window
We offer a 30-day refund request window. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us about a return, refund, damage, defect, or order issue.

Custom Orders, Artwork Approval & Proofs
Because our products are custom made, all orders are printed based on the artwork, details, and options submitted by the customer at checkout.
At checkout, customers may choose one of the following options:
1. Proof Requested
If you request a proof, we will send you a digital proof for review before production begins.
Production will not begin until the proof is approved. Once the proof is approved, the order is considered final and will be printed based on the approved proof.
Please review your proof carefully, including spelling, colors, layout, size, quantity, cut line, and any other details. We are not responsible for customer-approved errors after the proof has been approved.
2. Run As Is
If you select “Run As Is,” you are authorizing us to print your order exactly as submitted without sending a proof.
By choosing this option, you confirm that your artwork, spelling, sizing, layout, colors, and order details are correct. We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork or files when “Run As Is” is selected.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item. We may request photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the issue was caused by our production error, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Custom Products
Custom printed products, personalized items, special orders, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verified production error, defect, or damage caused by us.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Custom stickers
Custom decals
Custom labels
Custom sticker sheets
Personalized designs
Special-size or custom-cut products
Orders printed from customer-submitted artwork
We cannot accept returns or refunds for customer-submitted errors, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, low-resolution artwork, incorrect file setup, wrong size selection, wrong quantity selection, or color differences between screens and printed products.
Color Disclaimer
We make every effort to produce accurate colors, but printed colors may look slightly different from what appears on your screen. Screen brightness, device settings, file color mode, material type, and printing process can all affect how colors appear.
Slight color variations are not considered defects.
Order Cancellations
Because custom orders may move into production quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel it. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.
For proofed orders, production begins after proof approval.
For “Run As Is” orders, production may begin shortly after the order is submitted.
Return Shipping
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a verified mistake, defect, or damage caused by us.
Returns must be sent to the address provided during the return approval process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return or review your refund request, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
Because our products are custom made, we do not offer exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
If you need a different size, quantity, material, design, or finish, a new order will need to be placed.
